Promotional Partnership

In addition to prime booth space in each Expo, Promotional Partners are also featured in a rotation of commercials promoting the Expos. Each television station begins running an Expo promotional schedule 4-6 weeks out from each Expo to generate attendance. As a Promotional Partner, your organization will be featured in a portion of these schedules with an audio and video tag to include your company logo. Broadcast Sponsor packages include all the benefits of the “Booth Only” package but with the addition of a customized commercial advertising schedule on major market Television Stations. It is your commercial and your message! Just tell us the audience you want to reach and we will create a schedule, and commercial if you need it, that delivers your message to your target demographic in a cost-effective, high impact television campaign. Community Service & Non-Profit Organization

A limited number of booth only packages are available to non-profit / community service organizations. To qualify for consideration, you must be registered as an 501(c)(3) Not-for-profit Corporation. You must provide your non-profit charter with your application. Please contact the Event Producer, listed on the events page, for more information.
