WRAL's Wellness Weekend is a FREE event to the public designed to capture the attention of tens of thousands of health conscious consumers. Attendees are given access to free potentially life saving health tests and screenings and valuable medical and health information, even as they.are engaged and entertained by a variety of interactive sports and activities that are fun for the whole family, including Healthy Cooking demonstrations, soccer, rock climbing, and much more.

Going forward, the Raleigh Expo will be co-located with the popular Got To Be NC Festival, an event which drew 90,000 people to the NC State Fairgrounds in 2009. This co-location will ensure a huge family friendly audience, and we expect to see the Expo aisles packed with people from the Triangle area in 2010 at this one-of-a-kind event!
